How long is the warranty?

Warranties are counted from the date the customer purchases the bike or battery.

-> 5 years on frame
-> 5 years on battery (registration required)
-> 3 years on motor
-> 2 years on all other components

Third party components such as those from Shimano may have their own warranty requirements.

What is the process with lost keys?

We do not stock spare keys. Each bike is shipped with two keys, if both are lost the lock system has to be replaced.

Where can I find up to date stock?

Both stock and retail prices can be found on batribike.com.

Please make sure you select all the options on the bike to ensure that the specific size, battery and display option you are looking for is in stock.

Can customers upgrade their display or battery?

Displays and batteries can be brought separately and fitted to the bikes at any point. Not all bikes will be compatible so please make sure you speak to the team if you are unsure.
